Goals
- assistance for Russian state and commercial enterprises and organizations in personnel training for international innovation projects and programs;
- organization and practical implementation of cooperation with Russian and foreign state and commercial enterprises and organizations in educational, scientific, technical projects and programs in aviation & rocket-space technique development, information technologies and other high-tech branches;
- NP RASSIEC plays a role of a customer of educational projects and programs as well as it organizes their methodological, scientific and technical support;
- assistance for Russian state and commercial enterprises and organizations in their international business activities;
- negotiations with national and foreign enterprises and organizations on the topics of cooperation in the sphere of educational, scientific and technical projects and programs, signing of different contracts, and agreements as well as coordination, monitoring and support of taken obligations;
- organization of educational and scientific researches, laboratories and centers for the collective usage by the members of NP RASSIEC and their effective management.
Primary Objectives
- prognoses, monitoring, methodological and management support of the multi-level system of professional training of specialists for innovation activities in scientific research and industrial spheres, including the support of state personnel professional training contracts for the enterprises of aviation and rocket space industry;
- advanced training of scientific, research and development and technical personnel of universities and enterprises for the priority directions of science and technique;
- effective policy on the personnel in innovation investments conversion national and international projects and programs in aviation and rocket-space industries;
- ;development of scientific research, educational and experimental technical bases of joint usage for industrial enterprises, scientific organizations and universities.
